It started with squishing ligaments
I found 5 Point Zero after my doctor told me my knee injury was due to squishing ligaments. How could this be? I was doing 5 different exercise classes a week for years, clearly I was doing something wrong. Mike understood my problem and started me on a number of targeted exercises. Quickly those knee ligaments strengthened and could support my weight. I began to feel better and noticed a number of my movements were easier to do, my balance improved as well as my walking gait. Now a year later I have 2 new goals – to do a full pull-up and to do a proper pushup from the floor. With Mike’s one on one training I will reach those goals. The studio is spacious with the latest equipment and room for several trainers and clients to workout at the same time. Mike also offers advice on nutrition and how important it is to eat right to support your body, mind and health. He asks you to pick the music to play during your session with him.
